This Protect-a-Bub Tandem Rain Cover with Fabric Bag is made from water-proof polyester with an oversized vinyl and a no-fog window for view. It allows air flow without compromising protection and folds easily for storage. Air circulates all around baby due to the light-weight nature of the fabric and two-inch vents on either side of the plastic window. This cover also protects purses, diaper bags and other personal belongings attached to the stroller or jogger.
