At 6-8 weeks, most babies can support their own heads and can begin riding in a stroller for short periods of time, though only on smooth surfaces. Babies who have trouble holding their heads up must have additional head and neck support to ride safely and comfortably. Supporting an infant's head properly will also help him/her sleep more soundly. It is not recommended that you jog or run with an infant under 6 - 8 Months old. Please consult with your doctor about the proper stroller recommendation for your child.
