It is not recommended that you jog or run with an infant under 6 - 8 Months old. Please consult with your doctor about the proper stroller recommendation for your child. We recommend that you try running without your child in the stroller at first, so that you can get a feel for how to control the stroller. Once you do begin running, we advise that you first start with short runs so both you and your child can get accustomed to it.
